Families with little VIPs
We offer a large family room with separate bedrooms and a living room, as well as a vacation apartment and suites. Right outside the door is a large playground, which is easily visible from many rooms and our restaurant and bar terrace.
The restaurant naturally offers a children's menu, a children's table, and a selection of games for families to borrow.
Just 4 km away is Mitterling amusement park, which features a playground, motor skills course, and many other activities—easily accessible on foot via a beautiful hiking trail or by bike.
In winter, when snow conditions are good, the Bad Lainach children's ski lift and toboggan run (we lend toboggans free of charge) is open and can be reached on foot.
Groups
The hotel offers ample space with 31 rooms and a maximum of 90 beds; we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner by arrangement in two large rooms for 90 and 25 guests respectively.
We look forward to hosting large and small celebrations, from small family birthdays to large corporate events in all of our rooms.
For those arriving by bus, we offer sufficient space for three coaches.
Sports Teams
From close cooperation with the local Oberes Mölltal soccer club for training, games, and social events, to various routes leading directly from the hotel into the mountains for trail runners and cross-country cyclists, nearby swimming pools, and ski resorts with guaranteed snow (November-May), including the Mölltal Glacier, which is often visited by the Austrian national team.
The recently built 75 m² fitness room with professional equipment and plenty of space, as well as outdoor equipment for specific training on the lawn in front of the hotel, is ideal as a training base.
For sports teams, our chef can create menus on request, which can be served by our team in a separate room at a time that suits you. Our two conference rooms offer space and equipment for team meetings, training debriefings, and video analysis.
In addition to our 31 beautiful rooms, guests can relax in the sauna, the spacious garden with courtyard lake, and the sun terrace.

two-wheelers
We warmly welcome all guests with two-wheelers, bicycles, and motorcycles.
Whether as a stopover or starting point for wonderful tours over various Alpine passes in Carinthia or Tyrol with magnificent views, the Mölltalerhof is perfectly located.
The Glockner Cycle Route R8 (Heiligenblut – Möllbrücke, 98 km) passes right by the house, and a beautiful cycle path mostly along the Möll river awaits you in both directions.
In our large parking lots directly at the hotel, we also offer designated parking spaces with roofing for motorcycles.
We also offer a bicycle room where electric bikes can be conveniently charged; access by arrangement with the reception team.
Guests with special needs
The hotel entrance and rooms on all floors are accessible by elevator.
Three deluxe rooms with large bathrooms equipped with standard grab bars in level showers are available to our guests.
Furthermore, the restaurant, bar, and terrace are located on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.
The fitness room is also spacious and can be used 17 hours a day, including for groups.
